These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of robotsshop.io (the "Site") and any related services operated by RobotsShop ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
- You agree to use the Site and our tools only for lawful purposes.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Site or its APIs.
- Content on the Site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, or reliability of scores, listings, or other content.
SMS Messaging Terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from us:
- Consent: By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you provide.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the notifications you configured or requested.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@robotsshop.io.
- No marketing sharing: Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual Property
The Site, its design, and its original content are the property of RobotsShop. You may link to and reference public pages; you may not republish substantial portions of the Site without permission.
Verification Data Disclaimer
Scores, grades, and verification results are point-in-time observations based on our own paid probes at the time they were run. Endpoints and their operators change without notice; a passing result does not guarantee future availability, correctness, or suitability for your purpose. Where we publish a facilitator receipt or transaction hash, that record is independently verifiable on Base. Where we state that data was returned, that reflects our own logs. Use of any endpoint listed in the index is an agreement between you (or your agent) and that endpoint's operator — RobotsShop is not a party to it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobotsShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
