Proof-backed = settle carries a full facilitator receipt or an RPC-verified unique tx hash. Hashed rows link to Basescan — check us yourself. Rows without proof are operator-asserted and labeled so. We show the failures too: money taken, nothing delivered. The rehash pass re-verified every settle — the same doors failed twice.
